JWT Crystal's TSX (Thermistor Crystal) Resonators are passive quartz crystal resonators with an integrated thermistor inside the seam-sealed package. The thermistor supplies a temperature-dependent resistance signal to an external compensation circuit; the TSX itself is not an oscillator and does not actively compensate frequency by itself. The current QO1612, QN2016, and QM2520 range covers 19.200-76.800MHz in 1.6 x 1.2 mm, 2.0 x 1.6 mm, and 2.5 x 2.0 mm packages, with ±10 ppm frequency tolerance and operating-temperature options down to -40°C and up to +105°C depending on the model. Select by frequency, package, operating temperature, and the thermistor and compensation requirements documented for the external circuit.
